Turbo Core Exchange Policy

All Turbos must be Like-for-Like exchanges. There is no grading system for the condition
of Turbos exchanged, however it cannot be taken apart or in pieces. If the Turbo was sold
initially with an actuator, the actuator must be included on the core to receive full
credit on the Turbo core.
