My business and I personally highly recommend this business. The service is phenomenal. They are professional and knowledgeable. I had an issue with a part that I purchased and without hesitation they informed me I could bring it back so they could look at it. I had just paid a mechanic to install the part and not being mechanically inclined I took my vehicle back to them. They told me if they needed to stay late they would to ensure I could get back to the store due to heavy traffic. The manager Jeremy informed me that in 20 years he never seen a fan clutch failure like mine. My wife, myself and my 9 year old were in a bad situation. In my mind, it’s 4pm on a Friday and Monday is Memorial Day holiday & I had to be at work at 6am on Tuesday. Without any pushback Jeremy looked me in my eyes and said we are going to get you taken care of. I can’t express what it meant to see him and three other employees who were willing to stay 3+ hours AFTER they closed -on a Friday -before a holiday to ensure I got my truck back up and running. Phoenix exchange was a blessing to my family and I and most importantly my business. I couldn’t ask for more.
Awesome experience they may be the best because the guy took one look at my compressor and went to go get it. The first one's gear broke or somthing so I took it back because all of there parts offer one year warranty except the compressor governor.They took the broken first one and fixed it right up. Without a problem it was ready in a hour because they had to pick up an aluminum seal piece free of charge.
